Booking and Time Management

Booked time includes setup and teardown. Early arrival or late departure outside the booked window will be charged as overtime.

Overtime is billed at the full hourly rate for any portion of an hour beyond the scheduled end time.

Studio Usage Policies

 Absolutely no glitter, confetti, or candles are permitted. (Candles on premises are decorative only.)

 Full nudity is prohibited downstairs, due to active security cameras and surrounding residences.

 While we welcome boudoir shoots, absolutely no erotica or anything bordering on pornography is allowed.

Use of smoke machines, vaping, smoking, drugs, or illegal activities of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Equipment and Furniture Handling

 Furniture and props may be moved but must be returned to their original positions before departure.

Do not drag furniture. Always use two people to gently lift and relocate items.

Accessories and art may be used but must also be returned to their original location.

Privacy and Security

Security cameras are operational throughout the premises. Do not cover, disable, or obstruct any cameras.

For privacy, use the restroom for changing clothes.

Music and Noise Level

Music is allowed but must be kept at a respectable volume, with consideration for neighbors on both sides of the studio.

Parking Instructions

The studio provides a parking pad for up to 4 cars.

Please be respectful of our residential neighbors by minimizing the number of vehicles and avoiding congestion.

Liability and Safety

The Studio is not liable for any injury, accident, or personal harm sustained on the premises.

The Renter accepts full responsibility for the safety of all persons involved in their booking.

Renters must verify the age of all photographed individuals and comply with applicable Florida state laws.

Equipment and Property Protection

Use sandbags with all lighting equipment, tripods, or stands to ensure stability and safety.

The Studio is not responsible for any damage to, or loss of, personal equipment.

Backdrop paper is available. Use responsibly. Use the pulley system to raise/lower backdrops and clips to secure.

Use gaffer’s tape to safely secure any cords or cables and avoid tripping hazards.

Cake smashes are not allowed on the cyclorama wall. A $200 repaint fee will apply for cake smash sessions on the cyclorama wall.

Studio Management

 Turn off all lights before exiting the space.

Lock the door behind you. Failure to lock the studio may result in fees or liability for any resulting theft or damage.

Pets, Food, and Drinks

 Pets are welcome, but a pet fee will apply.

 No food or drink on the furniture.

 Please clean up spills promptly and notify us of any significant messes.

Leave the space in the same condition you found it.

Additional Considerations

 Candles are for decor only and should never be lit.

 Complimentary drinks and snacks are available. Take only a reasonable amount to ensure supplies remain available for others.

Cancellations

Booking deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Final payment for multi-hour bookings is due 72 hours before the booking start time. Failure to pay may result in automatic cancellation.

Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
